Sacred Journey is a collection of eight modular embodied experience modules — rooted in breathwork, sacred music, therapeutic photography, sacred arts, journaling, and contemplative rest. It is not a workshop. It is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and be met.

Each module stands completely alone and can also be combined into half-day or full-day experiences. Sacred Journey can be added to an existing retreat, offered as a stand-alone community experience, or booked as an ongoing series of gatherings. There is nothing to achieve here — only to receive.

Facilitated by Noelle: breath practitioner, therapeutic photography facilitator, arts-in-health practitioner, and flutist. When able to perform live, Noelle plays solo flute during Songs for the Journey and throughout the day. Her recorded music is always available as an ambient companion.


The Six Modules-Individual Pricing


1. SACRED BODY & BREATH — Coming Home to the Body
A breath-based grounding practice that reestablishes the body as a place of safety. The anchor of every Sacred Journey experience.
Investment: $500

2. SACRED SONG — When Words Are Not Enough
Contemplative music and Lectio Divina. Taizé choruses, sacred song, and sacred text held in silence, and then sung, meditatively. Live flute when available; recorded music always present.
Investment: $600

3. SACRED SIGHT — Seeing What Has Always Been There
A therapeutic photography walk facilitated by Noelle. Participants use a camera as a contemplative tool — photographing what calls to them, not what is expected of them.
Investment: $650

4. WRITTEN IN LIGHT — What the Soul Knows When the Mind Is Quiet

A guided journaling and expressive writing experience using contemplative prompts. No experience required. Nothing to produce.

Investment: $500

5. PAPER ALTAR — Making Sacred Space with Your Hands

Sacred collage as spiritual practice. Participants create personal altars using images, words, and texture. No artistic skill required — the process is the product.
Investment: $650


6. SACRED HEART — Messages of the Heart

Participants paint or decorate smooth stones, then leave them in public spaces for strangers to find. This practice is an act of anonymous generosity and heartfelt messages.
Investment: $750

Half & Full Day

HALF-DAY EXPERIENCE — 3 to 4 modules, 3.5 to 4 hours

  • Up to 20 participants: Starting at $1,800

FULL-DAY EXPERIENCE — 5 to 6 modules, 6 to 7 hours

  • Up to 20 participants: Starting at $3,200

Noelle works with each host to curate the right combination of modules for the group, the occasion, and the season. No two Sacred Journey days are identical — and that is by design.

How Sacred Journey Is Used

As a stand-alone experience: A community, retreat center, or faith group books a Sacred Journey half-day or full day as their own gathering.

As an add-on to an existing retreat: One or two modules are woven into a retreat already in progress — bringing a contemplative, embodied thread into an otherwise content-focused experience.

As an ongoing series: A community books a sequence of modules across multiple gatherings, building a sustained journey together over weeks or months.
