Every Noelle J Consulting engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call. All pricing below represents starting rates. Final investment is confirmed after that conversation, where Noelle tailors every engagement to your organization, community, or group.

Custom pricing is available for nonprofit organizations, faith communities, and under-resourced institutions. Sliding scale and scholarship options are available for Heal the Healer and Sacred Journey.

Heal the Healer

A sanctuary-level workshop and retreat for those whose profession asks them to give, hold, witness, and carry — day after day. Designed for physicians, nurses, therapists, counselors, social workers, spiritual leaders, pastoral care professionals, veterinarians, caregivers, and all who work in healing professions.

Heal the Healer is available as a half-day organizational workshop or as a multi-day residential retreat. All healing modality experiences — somatic bodywork, arts-in-health, pastoral care sessions, therapy animal interactions, Taizé service — are offered by vetted partner providers and are always optional and participant-directed.

Noelle holds the container, leads the facilitation, and coordinates all partner providers. She is not practicing therapy in this context.

HALF-DAY WORKSHOP — Up to 20 participants
Starting at $4,500
Includes: Full facilitation, Participant Journey Guides, grounding practices, framework teaching, optional partner provider experiences, post-workshop resource package.

HALF-DAY WORKSHOP — 21 to 40 participants
Starting at $6,500
Includes: Same as above, with expanded room setup and facilitation support.

CONFERENCE / KEYNOTE — Up to 150 participants

The workshop includes full facilitation by Noelle, breath-based grounding and movement, framework teaching (The Healer's Spectrum, The Four Wounds, The Healer's Wholeness Model, The Healer's Map, and the 90-Day Healer's Restoration Plan), the Participant Journey Guide for every attendee, and a curated post-workshop resource package.

INDIVIDUAL RETREAT REGISTRATION
$2,200 per person
Two-day residential experience. All facilitated sessions, partner provider experiences, Participant Journey Guide, and post-retreat resource package. Venue, meals, and lodging arranged separately.

PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONAL COHORT RETREAT — 6 to 12 participants
Starting at $18,000
Full private retreat facilitation, partner provider integration, organizational customization, 90-Day Restoration Plan for each participant, and a follow-up consultation.

SCHOLARSHIP / SLIDING SCALE SEATS
Available for every retreat cohort, prioritized for healing professionals in under-resourced settings. Contact Noelle directly — all conversations are held with care and confidentiality.

The two-day residential retreat includes everything in the workshop — extended over two full days — plus optional somatic bodywork sessions, therapeutic photography, sacred collage, Taizé service of healing, pastoral care conversations, therapy animal time, and protected nature and rest time. Retreat venue, meals, and lodging are arranged separately.

Scholarship seats are available for every retreat cohort, prioritized for healing professionals in under-resourced settings. All scholarship conversations are held with care and confidentiality.
