Providing organizational clarity by diagnosing and correcting the systems that shape performance and execution.

About

Meet Noelle McIntyre, Organizational Architecture Consultant

I diagnose and correct the systems, workflows, and role structures that determine whether an organization performs at the level leadership expects.

For more than 20 years, I've worked across healthcare, higher education, and large‑scale operational environments. Across these systems, the pattern is consistent: organizations invest heavily in initiatives, yet performance stalls and high‑capacity employees become overextended.

The issue is rarely the initiative itself — it's the systems, roles, and workflows surrounding it.

Organizations struggle with structural friction, competing priorities, unclear communication, duplicated processes, and administrative burden. High‑capacity employees often operate above their title, filling gaps the system was never designed to support. Over time, these structural failures limit execution, increase burnout, and reduce organizational return.

My work focuses on identifying and correcting those barriers.

As an Organizational Architecture Consultant, I conduct independent assessments of systems, workflows, and role structures to uncover inefficiencies, misalignment, and operational risks that prevent organizations from performing at the level leadership expects.

I don't manage programs or provide ongoing implementation. I deliver structural clarity — evaluating the system, identifying what isn't working, and providing leadership with a decision‑ready roadmap that ensures roles are aligned, workflows are viable, and organizational outcomes are achievable.

Background

My experience spans healthcare, higher education, and large‑scale operational environments, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Noom, Acentra Health, and multiple university systems. This work has given me direct insight into the structural and workflow challenges that shape organizational performance and execution.

I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) and am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Over time, my work evolved from program design and behavior‑change initiatives into a broader focus on organizational architecture — diagnosing and correcting the systems, roles, and workflows that determine whether an organization performs at the level leadership expects.

My Approach

Organizational outcomes are shaped by operational design, not individual effort.

When communication is clear, workflows are viable, administrative burden is reduced, and systems align with actual work demands, execution improves — across roles, programs, and operational functions.

My approach combines systems thinking, operational analysis, and organizational architecture to help leaders understand what their system can support, where misalignment exists, and what must change for performance to improve.

Philosophy

Programs don't fail because of people — they fail because of systems.

When organizations correct the processes, workflows, and structures that shape daily behavior, outcomes become sustainable, measurable, and scalable. This applies to content operations, coaching models, wellness initiatives, and high‑capacity roles alike.

My work provides leaders with the structural clarity and alignment needed to make confident, high‑impact decisions.

Leadership Testimonials

"Noelle built the operational infrastructure behind our coaching and training functions — creating a scalable program, centralizing workflows, and establishing systems that strengthened clarity, consistency, and performance across our teams."VUMC Leadership

"Noelle rebuilt the operational architecture behind our clinical education and content systems — conducting a cross‑company audit, eliminating duplication, creating a centralized content repository, and redesigning workflows to strengthen consistency, compliance, and execution across all contracts. She also developed and implemented our annual clinical competency program, aligned continuing‑education requirements across agencies, and modernized LMS and training operations. Her work provided the structural clarity and systems‑level alignment needed to support scalable performance across the organization."

 — Acentra Health Leadership

"Noelle strengthened our operational architecture by improving dashboard workflows, supporting B2B and onboarding systems, and creating message libraries that enabled consistent, high‑quality execution across complex client needs."

 — Noom Leadership

"Noelle strengthened the operational structure behind our student health and academic support functions — clarifying workflows, improving cross‑department coordination, and creating systems that increased consistency, capacity, and overall institutional performance."

 — University of North Texas Leadership

"Noelle rebuilt the operational architecture of our academic programs — redesigning curricula, restructuring workflows, aligning processes with state regulatory requirements, and strengthening the systems that support faculty, clinical education, and student performance."
